For groups of 20 or more we ask you to dine on a set menu. We have a range of options for set menus to choose from. You can book online for groups of up to 20 guests via the Book Now button.

We may be able to add or swap items on the set menus to meet your preferences depending on when your booking is. A price change may be applicable depending on your preferences. For all dietary requirements, alternative options are always available.

Yes, please provide details of the food allergy or dietary requirement with guest name at least 48 hours prior to your reservation. A substitution or modification will be made to suit that request.

We do have a kids menu available. It would be best to make these selections when you are choosing your set menu, however these may be chosen on the day if needed.

Yes, if you would like to bring it ahead of your booking, please let our functions team know and we can store any cakes in our fridge until you are ready for it to be served.

You are more than welcome to put a bar tab on for your guests. This can be paid for via invoice prior to the night or at the end of the night in person, if preferred. Our team will give you notice as to when the amount is nearly reached. You will need to make your selections of what are included in the tab prior to the night. We can arrange a special menu of the options available to make it easier for your guests to choose.

You are welcome to engage with external vendors to decorate the space.
Delivery and set up times may be subject to earlier events, please ask prior.

You are able to bump in to the space up to an hour before your booking begins. Delivery and set up times may be subject to earlier events. If you need more time than this, please let our Functions Manager know and you can make an arrangement.

Rockpool plays an upbeat selection of popular tunes across a range of genres in both the dining room and function spaces.
Once all other bookings / casual diners have vacated ( around 9.00 - 9.30pm for evening events ) you may customise the music and up the tempo and volume for your party. -
Table set ups depend on the size of your group and the tables available on the day. For a seated event, we have maximum of 20 guests on 1 long table. Groups larger than this will be seated on multiple tables in the same space. If you have a specific arrangement in mind, you are more than welcome to meet with our Functions Manager and discuss options in venue.

Some of our function spaces can be made fully private, however our main two function spaces are only semi-private. They are sectioned off from the main dining by doors and a curtain. You will have full access to the bar, however other patrons will be using the same toilets.

There is ample free public parking on The Strand, Jezzine Barracks and Mitchell Street. During peak times we do advise allowing extra time to find parking as it can get busy.

Each function varies depending on guest numbers, menu selection and time of day . The Function Manager will be able to discuss costings with you in your enquiry.
